Ever wish there was a ‘RESET’ button… on your life? Here is your chance to begin again, and to move forward with your whole heart, a clear mind and a centered being. A small group retreat… so that my personal attention and the support of the group will allow for us all to be free of negative patterns and let go of everything that is no longer serving us. While some of the weekend’s activities, surrounded by your Moon Circle of women, will unfold organically, I will lead the group through these key moments:
Friday evening
- Opening ceremony
- Introductions
- Clearing of commonly held beliefs that block us from flourishing, using energy psychology techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Saturday
- Morning yoga
- Green juice
- Exploration of other needed energy clearings
- Meditation
- Creative art exercise for listening to inner wisdom
- Lunch – bring your own, create in the gourmet kitchen.
- Creation of powerful, loving intentions
- Creative ritual to move toward intentions
- Dinner – create again in the luxurious kitchen or go out on the town in lovely Skaneatleles, only about 5 miles away.
Sunday morning
- Yoga & meditation
- Green juice
- Closing ceremony and blessing

A PRIVATE Moon Circle retreat is available for 4-7 women, at a total cost of $3100. You’ll have all of my services, at this gorgeous lake house, to yourselves. (You can fight it out over who gets the private rooms.) Fun & Luxurious Add-ons: Any one of these can be added to a group’s retreat for $1000.- A private group reading at the lake house on Friday night with Intuitive Medium, Melanie May. Melanie is an incredibly gifted and loving channel for those who have crossed over and spirits in other realms. A life-affirming – sometimes life-changing – event.
- A Saturday night Spa Party. We’ll transform two bedrooms into treatment rooms and you’ll each receive a massage and a facial from licensed professionals. BYO wine and bathrobes!
- An organic chef for the weekend to create all of your meals. You may even choose to use the weekend to detox physically – as well as mentally – and have a juice fast prepared for you.
