    Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) and other energy psychology techniques I will guide you in letting go of old trauma, unhelpful beliefs and suppressed feelings so that you can easily move ahead to accomplish your goals.

    I will teach you what I call Embodying the Moment. This helps you to tolerate feelings, stay present and grounded, and connect with intuitive knowing. This is a simple yet foundational practice to spiritual awareness - our daily spiritual hygiene.
    You will learn to draw in assistance and guidance from your angels, spirit guides and loved ones on the other side, and how to stay open to hearing that guidance long after you complete this program.
